Orders & Shipping
Q How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days and usually arrive in 3–5 business days. Express delivery arrives in 1–2 business days.
Q Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate of $5 is added at checkout.
Q How can I track my order?
Open Orders in your account and choose an order to see its progress. We also email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Returns
Q What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with their tags within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free and refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 days.
Q Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes. Start a return from your order and choose “Exchange”. We send the new size as soon as we receive the original item.
Payments
Q Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Google Pay. Cash on delivery is available in selected areas.
Q Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed by certified payment providers. We never store your full card details.
Sizing
Q How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements in inches and centimetres. Most of our styles have a regular fit and run true to size.
Q Will my clothes shrink after washing?
Our cotton is pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal. Wash cold, inside out, and avoid the tumble dryer to keep colours and prints fresh.
